EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return the original item and place an order for the item you wish to exchange it for.

RETURNS

If you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, we are happy to offer a full refund. Please note that all return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or with a manufacturing fault) please contact info@petitbear.com. All items must be returned in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 28 working days of receipt.
Petit Bear will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used and/or with garment tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.

Please return your items by completing the returns process online and please post back the item/s in appropriate packaging to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit. We strongly advise that you use a signed-for-postal service to return the item as we are not able to refund any orders that get lost in the post.
Please also keep your proof of postage until we confirm that we have received the item. Once the item has been approved for return and refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s debit/credit card for the sum paid minus postage costs, unless the item was faulty.


HOW WILL MY PARCEL BE DELIVERED?

Petit Bear uses reputable couriers to deliver orders all over the world such as: Royal mail, DPD, Evri, DHL. 


REDELIVERIES

If you have not chosen an alternative delivery date or option before delivery is attempted, we shall automatically request that your parcel be delivered on the next working day.


CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed we are unable to amend your order. If you would like to change your order you will need to cancel your order and place a new one.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse we can cancel and refund your order. If it has been dispatched you will need to send the order back to our warehouse to receive a full refund.


DISCOUNT CODES

We will run various promotions and discounts throughout the season, to be notified please sign up to our newsletter. During promotional periods Loyalty and Referral codes will be valid across all products, for more information will be displayed in our website when the promotions are active. If you have any issues with your discount code please get in touch with our customer services team.
