WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- UK Standard | 3-5 working days - Orders must be placed by 12PM GMT to leave the same day.
- UK Express | 1-2 working day - Orders must be placed by 12PM GMT to leave the same day
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this point in time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place an order for the item you wish to exchange it for.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We accept returns in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 14 working days of receipt.
Please return your items by completing the returns process online and please post back the item/s in appropriate packaging to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit. We strongly advise that you use a signed-for-postal service to return the item as we are not able to refund for any orders that get lost in the post.
The cost to return the order is the responsibility of the customer.
CAN I AMEND/ADD TO MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed we are unable to amend your order. If you would like to change your order we can cancel your order if it hasn't been dispatched and place a new order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse we can cancel and refund your order. If it has been dispatched you will need to send the order back to our warehouse to receive a full refund.
I PURCHASED SOMETHING THAT’S NOW DISCOUNTED
The price paid by the client at the point of purchase cannot be changed. If an item has been discounted since the original purchase and is unworn, has the original tags and is within the returns period; you are more than welcome to place a second order at the discounted price and return the original order.
Please note that we cannot apply price reversals or discounts to previous orders. To purchase at the discounted price, you will need to place a new order.
MY DISCOUNT CODE IS NOT WORKING
Please note that our discount codes only apply to full priced items, unless specified.We will run various promotions and discounts throughout the season, to be notified please sign up to our newsletter.
Please note that only one code can be applied to checkout, you can not stack multiple discount codes.
